Welcome to Dr Jet Detailing Clinic, by accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound to by these Terms and Conditions. They are as follows

Services

  • Dr Jet Detailing Clinic provides professional vehicle detailing services including but not limited to exterior and interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other related services 

Appointment & Scheduling

  • All services require a scheduled appointment. You can book appointments online through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and attempt to accommodate an alternative time.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including vehicle details, service type, and any special requests.

Pre-Service Vehicle Inspection

  • Prior to commencing any detailing work, we will perform a visual inspection of your vehicle. This is to document any pre-existing damage such as dents, scratches, marks, scuffs, or cracks.
  • We will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle that was present prior to our services.

Vehicle Movement

  • We will not move your vehicle without your explicit consent.
  • We will not perform services in unsafe or hazardous environments. If we determine that the current location is unsuitable, we will either ask you to move the vehicle or move the vehicle with your consent.

Pricing, Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

  • The prices for our services are listed on the website or can be obtained by contacting us directly. Prices may vary based on the type of service, vehicle size, and condition.
  • To confirm you’re booking, we require a non-refundable deposit, which helps us secure your preferred time slot and maintain service efficiency for all our clients. If you need to cancel, we kindly request at least 48 hours notice, so we can adjust our schedule. Cancellations made with less notice will incur a fee as outlined in our terms and conditions. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. For your convenience, we offer a range of payment options, including bank transfers, secure payment links, and cash. Our goal is to provide a smooth and positive experience from start to finish, and we appreciate your cooperation with our policies, designed to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Prices and fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect services that have already been booked.
  • Refunds are not provided for services rendered. However, if a service is not completed to your satisfaction, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Customer Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle is accessible at the time of your appointment.
  • Please remove any personal items, valuables, and fragile items from your vehicle prior to service. Dr Jet Detailing Clinic is not responsible for any loss or damage to such items.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a condition that allows for the services to be performed. If your vehicle has any unusual issues, such as excessive dirt or damage, we may need to adjust the price or service time.

Liability & Damages

  • While we take all precautions to ensure the safety of your vehicle, Dr Jet Detailing Clinic is not liable for any damage or defects resulting from the detailing process, unless caused by our negligence or failure to provide the service as described.
  • By using or accessing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that Dr Jet Detailing Clinic is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages in the vehicle that may become more apparent during or after detailing.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by weather conditions, mechanical issues, or any other external factors beyond our control.

Vehicle Condition & Warranty

  • Dr Jet Detailing Clinic provides no warranty on the condition of your vehicle after the service, except where explicitly stated for specific treatments (e.g., ceramic coating warranty).
  • We recommend that you follow the care instructions provided for any treatments to ensure the longevity of the service.

Engine Bay Cleaning

Staining

  • If you request engine bay cleaning, you must inform us of any alarms, immobilisers, or electrical components (e.g., split hoses, loose connections) before we begin the service. We are not liable for any damage to electrical components that we were unaware of.
  • Engine bay cleaning involves a small element of risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to the engine or components as a result of this service.

Intellectual Property

  • During cleaning, particularly in the engine bay area, some staining to the surface beneath the vehicle may occur due to oil or other residues. Dr Jet Detailing Clinic is not liable for any such staining.
  • All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and other materials, are the property of Dr Jet Detailing Clinic or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without prior written consent.

Purpose of CCTV Surveillance

We use Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras on our premises for security and safety purposes. These cameras are in place to:

  • Protect our customers, staff, and property from theft, damage, or other criminal activities.
  • Monitor the quality and progress of detailing services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety and operational standards.

Areas Under Surveillance

CCTV cameras are positioned in common areas of the facility, including but not limited to:

  • Entrance and exit points of the facility.
  • Workstations and detailing bays.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, staff, and visitors. The footage collected by CCTV cameras will be:

  •  Stored securely for a limited period, typically 30 days, after which it will be automatically deleted unless otherwise required for investigative purposes.
  •  Accessed only by authosized personnel for security and operational purposes.
  •  Used only for the purposes outlined above.

Access to CCTV Footage

CCTV footage may only be accessed in the event of:

  • Investigating a security incident or complaint.
  • Cooperation with law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.

In all other cases, access to footage will be restricted.

Consent for Surveillance

By entering our premises, you acknowledge and consent to the use of CCTV surveillance in public and common areas. You agree to the collection and potential use of footage as outlined in these terms and conditions.

Employee Monitoring

CCTV cameras may be used to monitor staff performance and compliance with company policies. This is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations to ensure the well-being of both customers and staff.

Use of Footage

CCTV footage is strictly for internal use. We will not share or use footage for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit consent, unless required by law or legal processes.

Security of Footage

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that CCTV footage is stored securely and only accessible by authorised personnel. However, we cannot guarantee the security of the footage against all potential breaches.

If you believe you have been recorded in a manner that violates your privacy or would like to request access to footage in which you are identified, please contact us through the contact details below. We will handle all requests in accordance with relevant data protection laws.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Force Majeure

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in West Yorkshire.
